Most people who are thinking about registering a company have the same three questions, and all three are awkward to ask. Is this name taken? How much does it cost? What do I have to file every year? None of them is worth a phone call at eight in the evening, and none of them gets answered by a contact form that promises a reply within one working day.
So we put the answers on WhatsApp.

Check a Company Name Without Leaving the Chat
This is the part worth messaging for.
Send the name you are considering and Advisor AI checks it against the ROC register while you wait. It reports what came back in plain words: whether the name looks free, and whether anything similar or similar-sounding is already registered.
That second part matters more than people expect. The Registrar regularly rejects names that merely sound like a company that already exists, and finding that out after you have paid is an expensive way to learn it. Advisor AI names the closest matches so you can pick something distinct before you commit.
One honest limit: availability today is not approval. Only the ROC reserves a name, and that step comes after you register with us. Anyone who tells you a name is guaranteed is guessing.

What Else It Answers
Advisor AI is built on Bizadvisor's own written material, the same handbook guides and package details published on this site. It is not a general chatbot with opinions about Sri Lankan law.

What It Will Not Do
It is a sales assistant for one company, and it stays inside that fence.
It will not touch your file. Advisor AI has no access to any customer account, order, payment or document. It cannot tell you where your Form 1 is or whether your annual return went in. If you need that, email support@bizadvisor.lk or call 077 700 444 8, and if you want to look it up yourself, your records are in the Bizadvisor platform.
It will not ask for your NIC number or your bank details, and you should not send them to it. Nothing about quoting a package price requires either one.
It will not invent a deadline either. Government fees, filing dates and form numbers come out of our own published material, and where that material is silent, Advisor AI says so instead of guessing at a plausible date.
English, Sinhala or Tamil
Write the way you normally write. Ask in English and you get English back. Ask in Sinhala and you get Sinhala back, whether you typed it in Sinhala script or in English letters the way most people actually type on a phone. Ask in Tamil and you get Tamil back. Words like Private Limited, ROC, TIN and BO forms stay in English inside a Sinhala or Tamil reply, because that is how everyone here says them anyway.

Advisor AI is deliberately a first step, not a replacement for the people who do the work. It answers the questions that shouldn't require a meeting, so that the meeting is about your actual business.
