Refund policy
At Biz Advisor (Pvt) Ltd, we strive to provide exceptional services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties. Please review the following conditions carefully:
1. Company Incorporation Services
Advance Payment: Refunds of the advance payment, if any, can be made only if requested before the submission for the name reservation from the Registrar of Companies.
Final Payment: Refunds of the final payment can be made only if requested before the submission for the incorporation from the Registrar of Companies.
2. Other Services
Refunds can be made only for the professional charges, excluding any government and third-party payments made for the service.
General Conditions
All refund requests must be made via email to refunds@bizadvisor.lk within 3 days after making the payment.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once the request is received and evaluated.
The refund process will be initiated only after verification of the payment and the service status.
